December 4th the Women’s Choir, Men’s Choir, Madrigals, and Advanced Women’s Choirs had their Winter Concert at Beeler Auditorium. The choirs performed a mix of traditional and newer holiday-themed songs. The evening is a wonderful break from the business of the month of December.

The choirs sang The Shepherds Spirtual(Soloist: Trevon Francis and Mason Franklin) Light the Candles of Hanukkah, Blue Christmas, A Holly Jolly Christmas, You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch (Soloist: Jordan Fitzpatrick and Zeke Ball) Bidi Bom, Up On the Housetop (Soloist: Lanese Nieves and Bryn DeLuca) Christmas Time Is Here, Jolly Old St. Nickolas (Soloist: Isabel Gomez, Riley Steffey, Tyla Wallance, and Leah Smyrnios) The Snow Begins to Fall, WolcumYole! (Ceremony of Carols), Lo, How A Rose E’er Blooming (Soloist: Calista Case and Dory McDonald) Carol of the Bells, What a Heavenly Night!, Santa Baby, Riptide, Its Beginning to Look Like Christmas, Jesus, Jesus Rest Your Head, We Tree Kings, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Jingle Bells, The Twelve Days of Christmas.

Zaida Bell-Frantz, a freshman said, “I always enjoy singing and performing and I love being a part of Lafayette choir. This concert was so much fun to perform in”.
