Outdoors Club
Are you thinking about joining a club? You should consider Outdoors Club! Outdoors Club is encouraging kids to get outside, get active, and get creative. They offer an ever changing, exciting array of activities in every meeting. You’ll go from creating a flower garden for our school to tie dying t-shirts. Members of this club occasionally meet outside of school to go on hiking trips. The activities of this club are largely driven by student suggestion and vision. An anonymous student who regularly attends this club states, “This club is the highlight of my week. It’s so relaxing and the members are all full of energy and very positive. I leave every meeting feeling better than when I came in.”
This is a very low pressure club, because while they meet every Thursday afternoon, there is no obligation to come to every meeting or stay the whole time. The club sponsor is Sarah Detraz and if you have any questions you can visit her at room 243 or send her an email.
